Pitches & Notes
Pitches and Notes is a women’s a cappella group formed by UW–Madison students. Pitches and Notes strives to increase a cappella opportunities for women on the UW campus, utilize members’ talents to bring forth new musical experiences, and foster individual character and musical growth in a group setting.

Fundamentally Sound
Fundamentally Sound, or “FS,” is an all-male collegiate a cappella group of UW–Madison students founded in 2005. Its repertoire consists of current hits and older tunes, alongside personal favorite songs, in order to create a fun, musically diverse, and entertaining atmosphere for the audience.

Wisconsin Waale
Wisconsin Waale is a competitive South Asian a cappella group. It performs arrangements that draw from multiple styles of South Asia and popular music from the United States. Its members aim to spread cultural awareness about South Asian music to the Badger community and represent Wisconsin in national South Asian a cappella competitions. Wisconsin Waale strives to cultivate multiculturalism and musical excellence.

Tangled Up In Blue
Tangled Up In Blue is a renowned women’s a cappella group that’s celebrating its 20th year on the UW–Madison campus. The group features women from all over the country who all share a passion for song. It has released five CDs: Hole in the Roof, Unraveled, The Blue Book, Grounded, and The Mixtape.

Under A-Rest
Under A-Rest is an all-gender-inclusive a cappella group of UW–Madison students. Under A-Rest, or “UAR,” is the newest competitive a cappella group on campus. Its members take pride in knowing a diverse repertoire of music and perform a variety of genres including pop, rock, country, and classical.

Wisconsin Singers
Wisconsin Singers is nationally renowned for its special blend of pop music with stellar song, brilliant choreography, and big band sound. Touring as the UW’s Official Ambassadors of Goodwill since 1967, Singers provides students of any major a chance to take the stage in a Broadway-caliber production that is written and choreographed by professionals in the field of pop music.
